My 11 year old boy had his birthday birthday party at VRVE. All boys loved the experience and on way back my son was asking if we can do it again. Zach was really friendly and helpful, whenever one of the boys struggled with setting up a game, he was straight there helping them. We will be definitely coming back, thank you VRVE for making my son's birthday so special 🙂

Excellent fun all round! I took the kids here for something different to do and we all had a great couple hours being immersed in high quality VR, something I hadn't used before!
The initial impression on approach isn't particularly impressive, it's a working farm area and the game building is a medium sized room. Parking is limited, enough for 2 vehicles. When we arrived, the host greeted us and invited us into a darkened, room with a sofa and several headsets around. He gave us a brief run down, before guiding us, (well me, kids knew it all already, lol), through the basics. Once I'd put the headset on and adjusted the fit, the training program started and quite literally my jaw dropped!! From then on, time absolutely flew by. There is a decent selection of games, from Angry Birds to Among Us, Zombie survival to outer space. Definitely something for everyone.
All in all, I would 100pct suggest you book more than 1 hour as its easy to just get into the games. Though we didn't play the multi player ones, we all had a blast and would definitely go back again!

Unfortunately we had to cancel at short notice. We had paid for a room plus 2 extra players. Beware you do not get your money back. Needed to read the small print.

Just back from a fab hours intro session into VR, for my daughters birthday. What a ride! It is so incredibly immersive, that I could quite easily get addicted! Walk the plank....I could feel my heart beating out of my chest! If you haven't tried VR...do it! We all LOVEd it!

It's been a while since I've been here, but I still remember it as a great time. The staff member we had was incredibly friendly and helped us all with any issues we had, I'd say that it's well worth the money and that I'll probably go back soon even though we have a vr headset at home now.

An absolutely fantastic place, we came here for my sons 14th birthday and just cannot fault it. I have never done VR before but quickly picked it up...suitable for all ages. Super friendly welcome and really lovely staff member who was so helpful and patient. Loads of brilliant games to choose from. Would defo recommend 2 hours as the time flies! If you are considering coming here, do it....its been the most fun day out we've had in a LONG time.will defo be back.

Had a great hour with my daughter, friendly informative 'host'. Clear instructions and great fun. Only issue is an hour is just not long enough but works out pricey because there was only the 2 of us. Book up to 6 people, share the cost, definitely do 2 hours. *Try the multi player mini golf!!!

Really great experience with an instructor, but can be a bit disorientating after an hour if you're not used to virtual reality. Being able to play multiplayer games with my friends in the same room was also very enjoyable.

The staff are great, very welcoming, embracing of Neurodiversity, and adaptable to all age ranges from children to seniors, too.
Their tech is great, the space is sensory heaven, and the artwork is atmospheric. We have had sessions with Callum, Johnny, Ghis, and Will and loved every minute.

Good family fun! This was our first experience of VR. Staff were helpful and friendly. My 13 year old nephew thoroughly enjoyed it. It takes 30-45 mins to familiarise with the console. So I would recommend booking 2 hours minimum for a meaningful experience. Overall, it is good value for money. I would recommend this.

Came with 4 of us all enjoyed it. Was great being able to play multiplayer games together. They have a good setup with plenty of space. Was first time using vr for one of us and they had a good introduction experience which teaches you how to use the controls. Would recommend.

What a hidden gem! Came here for a 12 years birthday party and they were entertained from start to finish - ensure you book a two hour session as one hour won’t be long enough for a group booking. Easy location to find and really well set up with friendly helpful staff. Thanks Guys we will be back 😀

Went along with my family and a friend and his children. They loved it and I've got to agree, great selection of games including a few multiplayer. The kids want to go back and I'm more than happy to take them!
No one felt ill from using the headsets, even though we booked a 2 hour session and my wife had never tried VR before. Comfortable to wear too!

Awesome hidden gem down an unassuming Marsh Barton lane. The VR equipment is top quality and Callum is very patient if your controller disconnects or you keep pressing the menu button. Great value for money if you're attending in a group, and some fun multiplayer games which are perfect for those with a competitive edge. Would strongly recommend!

Second visit today, they've expanded the operation and have a really great set-up. Space for the 6 of us to all play games together, or just do our own thing. Great fun and a good way to try out VR without splashing out and buying a headset yourself.

Great hour spent here. Very friendly staff both on phone and in the room. Never had experience of VR so was put at ease and help was never far away. So much fun and great selection of games/experiences. Will definitely recommend and return!

Really easy to use and Jez from VRVE was great at helping those who needed it. Grandpa who isn't great with NEW Technology picked it up quickly and loved the day out.

Just had a party for a bunch of 12 year olds. Fantastic time had by all, really different experience. Callum and the team were great, started with a cool and terrifying walk the plank exercise and a team game at the end, and free time in between for people to do whatever they wanted. Would definitely recommend 2 hours rather than 1 for a party. Wide range of games for all the family

Went in a group of 4 and was really good fun. Multi player games where we could all play together as well as lots of single player ones.
It was late to start by about 10 minutes but then we got an extra 20 minutes added onto the end which was great!

A superb time had by all!! They've got all the kit, all the know how, and they are competent kind and helpful. VRVE are fab! Plenty of choice of games / experiences etc... Sadly nolonger offering free snacks, but fair enough - they are still superb as ever... We all had an enjoyable time, first timers and those already familiar with VR, really something for everyone, all ages entertained!

We were a group of 4 with one teenager and one in their seventies and everyone had a great time. VRVE are very professional and generous and treated us amazingly. We had a mixture of single player and multiplayer experiences. Time flew by!

It was very enjoyable and Jis was very helpful and calm. It was my Nan's first time in a VR experience and she couldn't walk the plank at the beginning but he didn't push her to. There is a great selection of games and my nan said the tutorial was fun and helpful. She did excellent in the Archer game. The only thing is that time pass way to quick.

Excellent place. Took our son for his 11th birthday with his sister and 4 friends. We already have a pc vr headset at home but this was still worth ever penny. The walk the plank experience was brilliant and the guy who oversaw everything was great and very patient with the kids.

This was a birthday treat for my son and he absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. Its an amazing experience and i would recommend this to all ages from 6 upwards. I had such a brilliant time of 2 hours and had so many laughs as well! Its so clever how it works and you actually feel like your in the game.

Recently had my sons 12th birthday party at VRVE and the whole experience was amazing. The guys got my son and his friends up and running and playing games within 5 minutes of us being there and had enough headsets so that the adults could join in too. Our son has autism, and the staff showed both empathy and understanding of the condition, allowing additional time for me to explain the hundreds of games and experiences on offer. I would totally recommend this place for a fun and different activity. My son and his friends (age 13) immensely enjoyed their session here and I enjoyed watching them! Lots of different games and immersive experiences for them to try. The guy running it was very patient and helpful, suggesting games and tips for the boys to try. All 3 of them said it was 'sick' so you cant get better than that!!

Fantastic experience, exceeded all our expectations. The chap that guided us throughout the hour was incredibly patient and supportive. We talked about the shared experience for the rest of the day and all can't wait to return for more.

Excellent experience. Kids had a whale of a time and so many games to choose from we could have stayed for another couple of hours. Great value (especially when compared to the one in Cabot). All the kids want their next bday parties there. Will be back next school hols for sure.

A work colleague recommended this experience. My nephews (12 and 8 years old) thoroughly enjoyed it, as did the 3 adults accompanying them! The guys were professional, friendly and great with my 3 nephews. Plenty of variation to keep us all amused and challenged for a full hour. It’s no frills simplicity, so don’t expect a polished studio experience, but for us it all added to the charm! Once immersed in the VR experience, the surroundings are irrelevant!

The guy was really friendly, thought was a excellent experience, really enjoyable. Recommend for everyone at all ages.
4 stars instead of 5 as I would want to go back often, and I know so many people who would use it regularly IF the sessions were more affordable. Also didn't get any popcorn 😉

What a great find from my eldest daughter's boyfriend, he gifted a visit here for my youngest daughter's birthday and she loved it, or course she wants this for our house now!!! But no lol. Recommended for all ages I definitely recommend this, thank you to the guys running it made it a great experience.
